I’ve definitely been needing this. I’m trying to let it go and learning how. I think still being in a trench makes it harder. I need solitude for a bit, to not be surrounded by another covert narc who acts like they care whilst simultaneously attempting to trigger me in any way possible just because they refuse to do any of the work, yet they don’t want to be stuck alone either. I’m doing what I need to do for ME and my littles, and if others see that as selfish, that’s fine.
